If storage space matters as much as the workout, this video is for you. It introduces the fabric loop band, its mesh carrying case and its exercise guide, then moves into a few favourite home exercises.
What you'll see in this video
You'll see the fabric and elastic construction up close, the mesh storage bag, the instruction booklet, and a demonstration of band pull-aparts followed by other upper-body and lower-body moves.

Safety note
Check the band for wear before each use, anchor it only to sturdy fixed points, keep movements slow and controlled, and stop if anything hurts. If you have an injury, a health condition or are pregnant, talk to a doctor or physical therapist first.
