A: The band uses a textured, non-slip fabric weave designed to stay in place without rolling, pinching or slipping, unlike thin rubber bands.
Q: Is it good for beginners?
A: Yes. You control the tension by how far you stretch the band and how you hold or anchor it, so beginners can start gently and progress over time. The included instruction manual shows starter moves.
