Bag to Workout: Unpacking and Trying the Band at Home

Here's what it looks like to open the bag and start using the band right away. This video unpacks the NOVARISIA band, shows its fabric and stretch, and moves into a standing workout at home.

What you'll see in this video

You'll see the carry bag opened, the band pulled apart to show its stretch and grip, a close look at the fabric, and standing exercises with the band underfoot in a living room.
